Notes

Shrub or perennial forb to 30cm tall, erect or sprawling.  Leaves succulent, 0.5-1.5cm long, narrow cylindrical to flattened cylindrical, hairless to hairy, with pointed tips.  Flowers tiny (less than 3mm across), solitary at the bases of the leaves.  Burrs hairless, with 2-3 spines, rarely 4 or 5.  Vulnerable Vic.
